Wild Hogs Hedgehog Rescue reserve the right to refuse entry for invalid booking forms, failure to supply proof of insurance or other justifiable reason.
The Open Day runs from 12pm - 9pm and stands must be open during these times (or 12-4pm / 5pm - 9pm for half day attendees).
One parking space will be available per stand. All vehicles should be parked between the following times:
No earlier than 9am and by 11am and remaining til 9pm for full day bookings
Leaving after 4pm and before 5pm for half day early bookings
Arriving by 4:30pm and leaving after 9om for evening bookings
Vehicles are parked at the exhibitor's own risk.
No part of the stand can exceed the allocated size. If you wish to bring extra display stands, please email us to check there is space.
No electricity is provided at the site.
Exhibitors will be supplied with one 6' trestle table and 2 chairs.
Smoking is not permitted in the marquee.
All rubbish must be removed by the exhibitor.
Payment is non-refundable. In the event that Wild Hogs cancels the event, a full refund will be given. If the event is rescheduled due to bad weather, then no refund will be given but the booking transferred to the rescheduled date. Wild Hogs Hedgehog Rescue will not be liable for any loss incurred by exhibitors booking for the event.
Public liability insurance is compulsory.
Data provided by you will be subject to our privacy notice and will only be used to contact you about the Open Day events.
This is a charity event and the purpose is to raise funds for the charity. Please do not bring a raffle or tombola as we will be running these.#

Please avoid bringing single-use plastic items and plastic carrier bags. The event will take place on the field next to Alpha Hire, Walk Farm, Church Lane off Whitminster Lane, Frampton on Severn, GL2 7PR. Directions are on the website.
