The work of Wild Hogs Hedgehog Rescue
Wild Hogs Hedgehog Rescue has been rescuing hedgehogs for 14 years. We work closely with our local vet and other partners to provide the best possible care to sick, injured and orphaned hedgehogs and hoglets.

We are a vegan-run rescue as part of our commitment to the highest standards of animal welfare.

Gloucestershire Hedgehog Network
We are part of Gloucestershire Hedgehog Network with Vale Wildlife Hospital, Brockworth Hedgehog Rescue and Samantha's Little Prickles in the Forest of Dean. All of the rescues follow the best practice guidelines from the British Wildlife Rehabilitation Council.
Wild Hogs Hedgehog Rescue admits over 500 hedgehogs and has a team of 40 volunteers helping with hedgehog care, events, talks and administration.
Raising Awareness
Wild Hogs Hedgehog Rescue gives talks to schools and community groups to help improve local conservation. We bring photos, toys, our hogstacle course and lots of enthusiasm. We ask for a donation for talks towards our costs. If you'd like to arrange a talk, please get in touch by emailing wildhogsoffice@gmail.com
