Robot lawnmowers

Dr Sophie Rasmussen conducted several studies on robot lawnmowers. She tested the safety of different makes and models of robot lawnmowers on hedgehogs and her results found only one lawnmower did not cause significant injuries to hedgehogs. 

The Gardena Sileno Life (only this model) caused only minor bruising.

Our advice is to ensure robot mowers only operate during the day and not at dawn/dusk or at night to ensure the safety of hedgehogs.
